I suspect Sacha Baron Cohen will get a generous number of people suing, but it will be really interesting to see how they all shake out. They are asked to sign a release - I think that means they were supposed to read it ;) Personally I don't think the Frat boys have a case. I don't know whether you've watched the film yet, but IMO they were being exactly who they were fully knowing that a camera was pointing at them. It was hilarious. I still quote the last line one of them said. And in fact Sacha Baron Cohen didn't goad them at all... he said very little, compared to what he did with others. They, on the other hand were very forthcoming and fairly intoxicted. Just like they would be if they were frat boys picking up a hitchhiker.....heh! Yeah, right. Get in line boys. It wasn't the film that made them anything... they did it themselves. Now, for whatever reason they're whingeing that they were deceived and caught with their pants down... hey guys you had a CAMERA pointing at y'all. Camera usually = film! You'se all looked like you were having a mighty fine time :) Who knows? Maybe they'll get a small settlement. And I haven't seen anything quite like that.
