But some are not. I can't speak for other nations but I know in Canada each province has rules around home schooling and that most provinces have curriculum guidelines and tests etc. How these are enforced I have no idea! I only know this because I met someone who was homeschooled I was quite curious. His family wasn't religious but they were crunchy granola type people. Nice but a bit weird.
